PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Samtec specializes in creating and providing advanced electronic and optical connectivity solutions for a variety of sectors, including electronics, computing, telecommunications, and healthcare equipment.

Emes appointed as a MEP contractor to extends Samtec business in the new factory. Our service is designing and constructing systems such as chillers, air handling units (AHU), low voltage (LV) setups, and plumbing across expansive factory spaces exceeding 12,000 square meters. This project marks Emes’s inaugural use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for the comprehensive modeling, design, simulation, and execution of construction tasks.

Despite a four-month delay caused by the fire protection approval process with the property owner, Emes has developed a contingency strategy. This plan involves close collaboration with the primary contractor and project management team to ensure the delivery of optimal results to our client.
