PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Manor Central Park Hanoi is designed with a system of high-end apartment buildings, villas, townhouses, and entertainment areas.

In this project, the contractor was tasked with constructing the MEP system for 19 adjacent apartments, each comprising 5 floors with a floor area ranging from 60-75m2. The challenge for Emes during this stage was the widespread outbreak of Covid-19 and the closure of many places. However, the contractor implemented the government’s ‘3 on the spot’ measures, prepared additional manpower, and negotiated with suppliers to ensure the project was completed on schedule.
